Corn "Mirai"
At Arborcrest Gardens, we have tested over 25 different varieties of sweet corn over the years. What is the sweetest, best flavored white sweet corn? Most gardeners would probably vote for "Silver Queen", but I bet they have never done side by side taste tests. Well we have and the clear winner is "Mirai". Try it next year. I think you will find with a little salt and butter added it will be the best corn on the cob you have ever had run down your chin.
